English Speaking Sales Representative

About the role

Bethel Digitech is seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join its team in Cape Verde. The role involves promoting the company’s IT, software and career‑consulting solutions to new and existing clients, guiding prospects through the sales cycle and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Present product demonstrations and explain technical solutions in clear English.
• Prepare and issue invoices for existing clients, ensuring accurate billing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and account‑management teams to support onboarding and ongoing client needs.
• Achieve defined sales targets and provide regular pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Interest or experience in IT, software and career‑consulting services.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a remote, hybrid or on‑site team in Praia or Sal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software such as email, spreadsheets and presentations.
