About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will turn complex web data into clear insights that drive marketing strategy, website optimisation and conversion growth.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, and manage tag‑management solutions like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse traffic patterns, user behaviour and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau for stakeholder KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
- Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
- Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
- Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends and communicate findings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Looker Studio / Data Studio
- Tableau
- SQL (optional)
- Basic HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation
