Behavioral Health Coach (Remote)

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Behavioral Health Coach, delivering 30‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This freelance remote role offers flexible business hours and can complement existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients.
• Focus on sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance, and similar concerns.
• Support clients in setting personal, career, or relationship goals.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours; counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

Required skills

• Coaching techniques and evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and SFBT.
