About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to provide first‑level support for a home‑based online travel platform. The role is fully remote and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing cases, and ensuring high‑quality assistance during escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage case records, log interactions, and follow up on resolutions.
• Assist homeowners using the booking platform, handling modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
• Escalate complex complaints and provide timely feedback.
• Analyze call data and share customer insights with internal teams.
• Stay updated on platform and process changes.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working online.
• Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack or other team collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Use of a wired USB headset and stable broadband connection.
• Operating system: Windows 11 or later, or macOS 14+.
