International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to join our global recruitment team. In this remote, freelance position you will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of multilingual roles across Asia, supporting both client needs and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Advertise openings on international job boards and social platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and build talent pipelines.
• Track candidates through the hiring process until successful placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, cold calling or candidate sourcing.
• Background in BPO roles such as customer service, marketing or sales.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent English and proficiency in additional languages.

• Use of social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Experience with resume databases and professional networking sites.
