International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to manage end‑to‑end hiring for multilingual positions across Asia and the European market. This remote, flexible role offers the chance to lead recruitment projects, earn competitive fees and benefit from performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Publish vacancies on international job boards and social platforms.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress through to placement.
• Build and nurture relationships with past applicants and potential talent.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold‑calling or candidate sourcing.
• Background in BPO roles such as customer service, marketing or sales.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent English and proficiency in additional languages.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment.
• Knowledge of resume databases and professional networking sites.
