Elevator & Escalator Sales Manager

About the role

Prysmian is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Elevator & Escalator business. The role focuses on driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering value‑based selling in the vertical transportation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for elevator and escalator solutions.
• Lead negotiations with industrial customers and vertical transportation companies.
• Manage complex commercial situations and make strategic decisions independently.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional and global stakeholders in matrix environments.
• Monitor performance through KPI‑driven commercial management.
• Travel as required to meet customers and support business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in elevators, vertical transportation or related industrial sectors.
• Proven experience working with vertical transportation companies or similar industrial customers.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; ability to work autonomously and handle strategic decisions.
• Desirable: advanced Spanish, experience in matrix organizations, and strong analytical mindset.
