Security Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer Annotator to enrich cybersecurity datasets that train AI models. You will work closely with data scientists and security experts to label, evaluate and validate security‑related content, ensuring high‑quality inputs for intelligent threat detection.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate cybersecurity datasets and threat scenarios, including code samples and architectural designs.
• Evaluate secure coding practices, vulnerability assessments, and penetration‑testing reports.
• Label data involving authentication, encryption, access control, and risk analysis.
• Review AI‑generated security recommendations and assess their alignment with industry standards.
• Provide structured feedback and documentation that supports continuous improvement of AI models.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering.
• Strong understanding of secure software development and network security.
• Knowledge of cryptography, vulnerability management and penetration‑testing tools.
• Familiarity with OWASP top‑10 vulnerabilities and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and Zero‑Trust Architecture.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCSP) are a plus.
