Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, producing and publishing engaging multimedia content across all social platforms while fostering an active community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, photograph and edit high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community engagement.
• Track reach, engagement and conversion metrics, producing monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital‑marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
• Graphic‑design capabilities for creating static social posts.
