About the role

Turing is looking for a Remote AI Quality Analyst fluent in Portuguese to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will test how the model leverages data from users' past Gemini conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube to deliver more relevant and helpful responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts based on your own personal experiences using your primary Google account.
• Assess model outputs on dimensions such as Grounding, Integration, and Helpfulness.
• Compare side‑by‑side responses and identify subtle differences in naturalness and over‑narration.
• Write clear, concise rationales for each ranking, referencing specific turn numbers.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve the system.

Required profile

• High‑level reading and writing proficiency in Portuguese.
• Willingness to enable personal data sources on a personal Google account.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone for a 24‑hour global operations team.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
