About the role
The Front Office Agent supports daily front‑office operations at a Hilton hotel in Sal, delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring smooth check‑in, check‑out, and concierge experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager with day‑to‑day front‑office tasks.
- Provide prompt, courteous service and actively seek opportunities to increase guest satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate guest feedback and relevant information to the team.
- Resolve or escalate guest complaints quickly and professionally.
- Promote up‑selling opportunities, events, and VIP services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and daily event schedules.
- Participate in front‑office meetings and adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations.
- Act in an environmentally‑conscious manner.
Required profile
- Previous customer‑service experience in hotel, leisure, or retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to high‑level service and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional grooming standards and flexibility to adapt to varied work situations.
Required skills
- High level of IT proficiency.
