International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to join our global recruitment team. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for multilingual talent across Asia and support our clients in filling diverse roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
• Advertise job openings on international platforms.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applicants to ensure they meet required qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and build lasting relationships with candidates.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling or candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales).
• Familiarity with the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Proficiency in English and any additional languages.
