International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. In this remote, freelance position you will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for multilingual talent across Asia and Europe, earning competitive fees and performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Publish job openings on international job boards and social platforms.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applications to verify required qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential talent pools.
• Track candidates through the hiring pipeline until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold‑calling or candidate sourcing.
• Background in BPO roles such as customer service, marketing or sales.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networking sites.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent English and proficiency in any additional language.
