Software Engineer Annotator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to annotate and evaluate code datasets used for training artificial intelligence and large language models. The position is fully remote and focuses on reviewing AI‑generated code, labeling various coding tasks, and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and review software engineering datasets for AI training, ensuring correctness, efficiency, readability, and security.
• Label code completion, debugging, refactoring, and optimization tasks.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to enhance model outputs.
• Maintain adherence to annotation guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with AI trainers, reviewers, and data teams to align annotations with project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Prior experience with data annotation, AI training, or code review is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
