Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Non-Key)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on managing knowledge, producing editorial content, and enhancing visibility of policy and technical outputs across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms for the partnership.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including policy briefs, case studies and visibility assets.
• Manage knowledge‑sharing activities and ensure effective dissemination of technical content.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to promote the programme’s objectives and outcomes.
• Support the creation of EU‑compliant visibility and outreach materials.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Experience in the space sector or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) environment is a plus.
