Transport Planning Team Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Transport Planning Team Manager to lead fleet operations across Sal and Boa Vista. You will ensure guests experience safe, seamless travel from arrival to departure while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day performance of buses, microbuses and jeeps, guaranteeing reliability and availability.
• Optimize scheduling, utilization and cost control in close collaboration with transfer operations.
• Oversee garage and workshop teams, implementing preventive maintenance plans to the highest standards.
• Monitor productivity, improve maintenance processes and provide data‑driven performance reporting.
• Recruit, coach and manage drivers, mechanics, planners and support staff, fostering a strong performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local legislation, conducting safety audits, inspections and incident management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport logistics, fleet planning or maintenance management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to make data‑led decisions.
