Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

Hilton is seeking a professional Driver to provide safe, clean, and courteous transportation services for guests and visitors at its Sal, Cabo Verde property. The role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Maintain frequent contact with regular guests and visitors.
• Park guests' vehicles on the hotel premises and ensure vehicle safety.
• Provide on‑demand driving services for guests, including airport transfers and local excursions.
• Keep hotel vehicles clean, well‑maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
• Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requirements, special events, and local attractions.
• Adhere to all hotel security, fire regulations, and health‑and‑safety legislation.
• Project a professional, hospitality‑focused demeanor at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a driver, preferably in hotel, leisure or retail environments.
• Impeccable personal presentation and strong communication abilities.
• Calm, courteous, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
• Clean driving licence and driving record.
