Beach Bar Management Couple – Full-time Partnership in Boa Vista

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, experienced pair to take full responsibility for the management and operation of Toca da Garoupa, a profitable beachfront bar and restaurant on Boa Vista, Cape Verde. The venue will relaunch in December 2026 after a major refurbishment and aims to become the premier beach destination in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, guest experience, and staff scheduling.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for an international team.
• Develop and execute menu concepts, control food costs, and manage kitchen inventory.
• Maintain high standards of service, quality, and hygiene across bar and kitchen areas.
• Drive a positive, high‑performance culture and ensure profitability.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong hospitality management background in busy bar, restaurant or beach‑club settings.
• Proven ability to manage international staff teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Cape Verde and live on‑site with a partner.
• Passionate about beach culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
