Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring quality, service and profitability.
• Support guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions, implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor expenses.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, fostering a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and spreading warmth.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
