About the role

The Real Estate Consultant at Overseas Real Estate will guide clients through buying, selling and investing in properties. Working fully remotely, you will identify opportunities, evaluate properties and create marketing materials while supporting clients from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source real‑estate opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct property evaluations and prepare listings and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate virtual or in‑person viewings with clients and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including documentation, negotiations and liaison with legal and financial professionals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of properties and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Provide market insights and use CRM systems to track leads and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate markets, property valuation and sales processes.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Relevant education or certifications in real estate, business or related fields (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Experience using virtual meeting platforms for client interactions.
