OS&E Procurement Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Utopia is seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Procurement OS&E Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of Operating Supplies & Equipment for its ultra‑luxury hospitality projects. You will work closely with design, operations, project management and logistics teams to ensure every OS&E package meets the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OS&E procurement strategy aligned with brand standards and project budgets.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Own budgets, track spend, identify risks and generate savings.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery and installation across multiple, often remote, project sites.
• Support pre‑opening activities and ensure smooth operational handover.
• Act as primary liaison between operators, brands and suppliers.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of OS&E procurement experience in luxury hotel brands.
• Proven budgeting, negotiation and pre‑opening expertise.
• International sourcing and logistics experience.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
