The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests seeking room bookings at our hotel in Sal, Cabo Verde. You will deliver exceptional service, turning inquiries into confirmed reservations while upholding Hilton’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert guest inquiries into confirmed bookings quickly and accurately.
• Respond positively to sales inquiries and identify future sales leads.
• Ensure all reservations meet guest expectations and are recorded correctly.
